As we prepare to reopen on the provisional earliest date of April 12th set out by the government, we have added some new policies. All client must follow these steps to keep everyone safe. This is a must, with no exceptions. Things will be a little different from now on. This is our new normal. You will be asked if everyone is well and if anyone in your household has any symptoms before I enter your homes. I am trusting that question is answered honestly and responsibly.

Hand washing is a must, before, during and after your service.

You can expect me to wear a mask, apron and gloves throughout, I will also be LFT testing myself twice weekly for reassurance, keeping everyone safe.

There will be limited appointments thought out the day (one household per day) This will limit the over exposure between each households & allow me extra time for sterilising tools & equipment. Please bare with me, as I am committed to keeping you and myself safe!

Please do not be offended, if I wipe down your surfaces with antibacterial wipes. I carry wipes and disinfectant spray everywhere I go.

You will be provided with a welfare pack, which contains a disposable gown, mask and gloves. You will wear this throughout the service.

You will need to wash your hair for cuts prior to my arrival there will be no dry cuts. Including boys and gents!

Clients are to remove own colours and wash own hair to avoid contact in confined spaces.

No confined working, open airy spaces, if you can not do this in your home please ensure there is a window that can be opened for ventilation.

No visitors to your homes during your appointment. Only those from your own household and people in your household having their hair done.

Contactless payments only please where you can. Card machine or bank transfer.

You & Your Household Must be Symptom-free!

If you are unwell, or a member of your house hold is unwell, please reschedule and cancel your appointment following the cancellation policy, Please give at least 24 hours notice. This can be found on our website.
